Apsara Arts is an Asian Arts & Heritage organisation led by Malti Patel.
We provide training, workshops and performances in Kathak, Bollywood & Indian Folk.
We also produced and programme events, carnival processions, themed dance performances and films.
We have been a key partner with the Council in the development of the Croydon Mela, that started in 2007.
We have worked in partnership with Museum of Croydon, Honeywood Museum and Bromley Museum in providing a heritage projects engaging communities in oral history, learning, workshops and performances resulting in exhibitions and films.
Our International projects ‘Earth, Wind & Shiva’ and East Side story’ were performed in Greece & India.
