Juan Castro-Varón is an award-winning designer-maker and architecture aficionado. His metal work under the name MINILITH, is informed by 20th century architecture and the built environment, as well as his background as an engineer.
The signature ring of the collection is the Croydon ring, inspired by the modernist skyscrapers of East Croydon.
Juan was awarded a Gold Award at the Goldsmith's Craft and Design Awards 2024, for 'Stet fortuna domus' a piece about the UK's housing crisis.
